Everything's looking good so far. I haven't gotten the item I ordered yet, but the communication with customer service has been top-notch.

Absolutely a 5-star experience! The owner showed up during Covid and hand-delivered the Lillet, kinda like a Dubonnet. So tasty too! Exceptional service from the spot in Morrisville. I can't recall the exact date, but the link below wouldn't let me leave it empty, so I just tossed in any date.

I placed an order for the 2019 Orin Swift 8 Years in the Desert on their site on August 18, 2022. But come September 6, what I got was the 2020 vintage instead. Usually, when other sellers run out of a certain vintage, they offer me a substitute, but this time there was zero communication about it or even a chance to cancel. When I reached out to ask, I was just informed that their distributor had run out of the 2019 vintage and it was no longer an option.

I've had a wonderful time with Triangle Wine. The wines are super tasty, and I struggled to find them until I discovered this crew. Alexis is an absolute gem; she's incredibly helpful and full of resources. This feels like the start of a beautiful connection.

Our order took a bit longer than expected since we were waiting for it to be available. This lambrusco is pretty rare to find. When I reached out to inquire about the order, the staff were really nice and quick to help. The wine shipped out fast, and the bottles got here in one piece.

I placed an order for a wine case online and in no time (just 2 days) received a call letting me know it was ready for pickup. The price was quite reasonable and the service was top-notch. The clerk even offered to help me with the case to my car. Overall, I'm really pleased with every part of the experience.

Triangle Wine is an awesome spot to relax, sample some new wines or brews, and catch up with pals. They welcome dogs and offer both indoor and outdoor seating. This is my personal 'Cheers' and my favorite hangout when I'm with friends or just in the mood for a peaceful glass of wine solo.

The team here is consistently friendly and well-informed. I've never felt belittled about my wine knowledge. They’re always eager to guide me toward what suits my taste and likes. My husband and I really enjoy coming here!

I ordered a wine I enjoy but ended up with a different one. I called them up, and it turns out the wine I wanted was no longer available. It took me three calls to sort it out. They gave me the choice to return the wine or take a 20% credit. I went with the credit. They were nice about it and seemed eager to help.

Awesome business!! I regularly grab a bottle of wine from this place, no matter if there's a special event or just a regular day. I'm crazy about their exquisite wine. It's super addictive, and the taste is just perfect. It's amazing. I suggested it to my pals and family, and they all loved it too. You all gotta try it!

You hit my credit card weeks ahead of when I actually receive the wine I ordered. Just charge me when it arrives or when I grab it. If that’s not how it works, no worries, I’ll just stop ordering. I’m fed up with waiting for weeks or getting incomplete orders and then having to wait for a refund on my card.

I ordered a Prosecco brand I enjoy online, and it was sent to a different state. I received a confirmation email indicating everything was fine. That turned out to be the last communication from Triangle. After two weeks, I started to wonder what was happening. I reached out via email to check on the status. No reply. I tried again with another email. Still nothing. I even called them twice, but they never picked up. I ended up filing a complaint with PayPal, and they sent an email to Triangle. They didn’t respond to that either. However, it seemed to catch their attention because four days later, I finally got the shipping notification. I wasn’t in a hurry, and I was relieved to receive my order, but a bit of customer service would’ve been really nice.

Triangle Wine really nailed it! I had a chat with a winery in California to sort out what I needed to get. After that, I reached out to Triangle. They worked their magic to get the wine shipped from California to their place, and then to me here in Georgia. Everything was packed up just right, so nothing got damaged, and they kept me in the loop with emails about my order's progress. I couldn't be more pleased.

I got some beers and refreshments for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. One of the items wasn’t available, but they communicated well, and the rest of the order made it in time for the holiday.
